2012 Playoffs: Semi-finals Day Ten

#2 St. Louis Blues / #8 Los Angeles Kings
Kings win series 4-0 after a 3-1 win

We're not gonna lie about this, we're still stunned that the Kings swept the Blues. It's not the actual loss but the way that the Kings just owned everything about the Blues's lives. Literally.

And Dustin Brown? Really? He was everywhere, scoring two goals in the game to give the Kings the win.

As you know, we love the Blues and this kills us but seeing the Kings in the Conference Finals really excites us. They deserved it and played two of the top teams in the West to get there.

#4 Philadelphia Flyers / #5 New Jersey Devils
Devils lead series 3-1 after a 4-2 Devils win

The biggest news out of this game was the frustration of Claude Giroux and his hit to the head of Dainius Zubrus. He shouldn't have done it and he was suspended and it was the right decision. Let's move on.

To the fact that the Devils are beating the Flyers right now and is anyone else as surprised as we are? Like is this the Twilight Zone? Did we go back in time? Is this because the Devils have Petr Sykora and he's a good luck charm?

Like we say all the time, next game is gonna be interesting.
