2012 Playoffs: Quarterfinals Day Ten

#4 Pittsburgh Penguins / #5 Philadelphia Flyers

Flyers lead series 3-2 after another Penguins win

After winning Game Four in Philadelphia by seven goals, the Penguins still had not proved themselves as being back in the series.

With last night's 3-2 defensive battle, they looked one step closer to being the team that everyone thought they could be.

Marc-Andre Fleury came up huge for the Penguins and he was the main reason that they were able to hold into the lead throughout the parade to the penalty box. He was playing lights out last night.

#4 Nashville Predators / #5 Detroit Red Wings

Predators win series 4-1 after a 2-1 win

David Legwand scored the eventual game-winner just thirteen seconds into the third period. But that was all that the Predators needed to win this game and this series.

The Predators are the first team to clinch a spot in the second round and they gotta wait around to see who they will face in the Semi-finals.

Also, watching the game on TV, Bridgestone Arena was loud. These fans were rocking the yellow and came to help their team win. It does make a difference.
