Joel Ward scored the game-winner although we thought it was Mike Knuble because he was there and he's always scoring in front of the net like that. But it was Ward's goal that sent the Bruins home.
The Capitals beat the Bruins using defense and surprisingly good goaltending from Braden Holtby. Who would have thought this the same team that used to win games eight goals to seven.
They beat the defending Stanley Cup champions in style and are in the second round.
