We really like the fire and emotion that Carey shows after a goal is let in. Shows us that he cares.
There's already a state of emergency called for the Canadiens and it's only preseason. Oooooh nooooooes.
And in the other Canadian teams front...
The Toronto Maple Leafs turned a new leaf and beat the Senators after losing to them the night before.
Leafs' hero for the night: Phil Kessel. We know, we were surprised as well. Who knew the kid could play hockey? Could have fooled us, sir.
Then later, the Oilers beat the Canucks without most of their good players in the lineup.

Jordan Eberle was there to make up for it.
But it's only preseason so don't get your panties in a bunch. It's just make believe until the first day of the real season.

Super lazy this morning and stats BORE THE PISS out of me, but did I read the NHL Network ticker last night correctly when I thought it said, "CAREY PRICE (L) - 6 SAVES"???!!! Seriously - 6 SAVES?
Please tell me it was my codeine cough syrup blurring my vision. If not, the Habs deserve to be worried for trading away Halak. Tant'pi no-nos!
The Habs made a horrible mistake trading Halak. Price isn't a bad goal-tender and I think, in another market where the pressure isn't so incredibly intense, he could do really well, but I don't think he has the grit to handle the scorn of the fans when "he" loses. Halak could have handled the scrutiny much better.
