Oh the poor Rangers, the team that Henrik can't stop loving. We don't understand it, probably never will.
They didn't make the playoffs because of a shootout loss placed squarely on Olli Jokinen's shoulders.

At least, John Tortorella did.
This season, we aren't sure what's going to happen to the team from the Big Apple. They've acquired a few new pieces that should be helpful but why does it seem like the Rangers still underachieve whenever possible.
Henrik Lundqvist needs a new team.

Me & MouthWash agree that but for the "Dynasty? You Mean That Word I Invented?" Bowman-era 'Habs, the Rangers should have won the Cup back in the '70's. We even agree that the Cup would have blushed had Ron Greschner French-kissed it accordingly. Ron Duguay? Not so much, as he was the fugly Ron... But the Rangers of today? It's hard to get excited about them. Maybe if the Islanders do better this year, it'll piss off the Rangers enough to propel them into the playoffs.
