Oh, the Ducks.

Bob Murray has revamped this team with free agency and trade deadline and the draft day. They're no longer the Big Bad Ducks, it's more like the skilled and talented Ducks.

We like both incarnations.

But can the Ducks accomplish their goal this season without Scott Niedermayer?

That is the ultimate question.

What we love is watching Jonas Hiller kick ass in goal. He's a fantastic goaltender and we would trust him with our children (if we had any).

We also love the top line of Ryan Getzlaf, Corey Perry and Bobby Ryan.

It reminds us of telepathy, the way that they can just find each other for a post-goal hug.

There's always the bad team in every division. And last season was the Ducks' turn to be the bad team. This new season will be interesting to watch.

The Ducks deserve a 4 because while Henrik is obsessed with Ryan Getzlaf and LeTude loves Hiller, there really isn't anyone who is truly so pretty that we have to make their number higher. The up-and-coming boys should make this team interesting, such as Cam Fowler.
