To clarify that title, Jonathan Toews has a girl-crush on Sidney Crosby. We don't blame him at all but it's still really funny.
So instead of writing a Mancrush Of The Week feature today, we are posting this video. It's a real mancrush between two similar young captains: Jonathan Toews and Sidney Crosby.
We found this video on LiveJournal from one of our friends and it's fantastic. Here's the description:
Notice a few things:
1) Jonny is typically CaptainBot v. 2.0, he never says anything off-color. But he was absolutely flustered, to the point where he said "ass" in front of a room full of people and a microphone.
2) Jonny's chuckle after "he's a great guy off the ice..."
3) Seabs throwing his head back in amusement right after I finish the question.
4) Jonny's general teenage girl with a crush reaction.
We are extremely jealous that we didn't get to go to the convention...but there's always next season. And we would never ask a question that awesome.

I'm not a Jonathan Toews fan, but this made me want to kiss him. First time I ever saw him just be adorable. It didn't hurt that his man crush is on Sid!

So i live in prime hawks country (so to speak) but grew up a Pens fan. So naturally I have a crush on Sid, and never paid all that much attention to anyone else--but seeing Toews like this made me want to be a hawks fan!! Hillarious vid keep it up ladies(:
