Why Bill Guerin's Still Useful

To push a winded Malkin.

FSN Pittsburgh got in trouble for showing a replay during the Flyers/Pens game of a definite goal. They suspended one of their producers for the gaffe.

Drama, drama, drama.

The Ottawa Senators played games outside today instead of practicing. Nice to see that they can have fun even when being mediocre.

Vampire Weekend dressed up in NHL jerseys for a photoshoot.

We like.

The Dallas Stars stopped outside the Philadelphia Museum of Art and ran up the steps like Rocky.

The blog Sportress of Blogitude makes fun of this.

My personal favorite of this post has to be the picture of the NYC cop in net...with his billy club, thank you very much!

Too bad the "Rocky Run" wasn't enough for the Stars to even take a shot at the Flyers on Tuesday night. Was down for the game, (with some kick ass seats behind the Stars Bench), and they basically got their butts handed to them, Turco was forced from the net... the score should have been 6-1 (because the last 2 goals scored by the Stars were flukes). However, James Neil was looking mighty fine and I got some good pictures of that!! LOL

P.S. I wanna play handball on ice with the Sens and the NYC cop! :o)

I thought Guerin's purpose was to score the occasional power play goal (he did so last night! Yes, a Penguin scored on the PP!) and give my 35-year-old self age-appropriate eye candy. That picture's hilarious, though!

It sucks about FSN Pittsburgh. This is gonna linger a while.

I love the Senators and Vampire Weekend pictures, too.
