Then there's the whole qualifying offer fiasco in Chicago. Seriously, what has Dale Tallon been smoking? Because he's just doing some crazy things.
Cam Barker was resigned but Kris Versteeg is still in limbo. We think he's holding out for the money.
Speaking of money, is anyone else as upset about this as we are?
How horrifying is it that we Pens fans have to watch Pronger in that orange uniform six times this year? As if we couldn't hate him enough.
Oh, and we can't forget about Toronto, with our favorite GM Brian Burke.
First, Burke signs Francois Beauchemin to a three year deal.
And then apparently, Ron Wilson made some comments about the Sedins before it was July 1st and the NHL is up in arms about it. They call it tampering, Burke calls it just another day in the office.
The NHLPA is very busy these days apparently.
And last but not least, the Canucks signed Andrew Raycroft to a paltry (by NHL standards) one year, $500,000 contract. Apparently Roberto Luongo is not the future of their team.
We are going to both the signings tomorrow. We will be the creepy girls standing behind the boys just staring like this.
Should be fun until the cops kick us out.

I think it's a lot more likely that Tampa tampered (haha) with Ohlund. I don't see how saying you're going to go for a player when he's a UFA is tampering.
