We Do The Heavy Lifting

If you listen to Noodles enough, you know how she feels about the Norris Trophy. So when she heard this quote from the Boston Bruins announcers, she was incredibly happy.

Jack: "That's Norris trophy stuff right there! That is what defensemen are supposed to do! That right there!"
Brick: "You mean not scoring power play goals like Mike Green?"

Listen, we think Mike Green is extremely talented and scoring goals is always a plus for a defenseman but it's not what the Norris is all about. He has to actually play defense, you know? Whatever, it's just an award...we guess.

We are huge fans of Blake Wheelers. But are shocked that Jonathan Toews goal wasn't included...

Even the Detroit announcers were impressed and they're blatant homers.

Oshie: “I don’t even know . . . I just looked on the bench and he was going ‘OW, OW.’”

Berglund: “No, I was like, ‘What the #@%*$”

Oshie: “HEY! Watch your language . . . actually, he didn’t say a word . . . he was pretty tough . . . I was surprised . . . very surprised. I thought he’d come back in that game, but I guess he needed some rest.”

Q: Does Oshie complain about his ankle a lot?

Berglund: “Oh you know it. At home, he complains big-time about his ankle . . . oh my ankle hurts.”

Oshie walked away laughing.

Oh God, Taylor's interview is so damn boring. lmfao. He doesn't count as a rookie yet because he hasn't played a game, though =D
