Awards Monday: Week Twenty-Eight

We are sad to report that this is the last Awards Monday for the season so we're going to try to make this a good one.

This will be our awards for the entire year, the players who we think were the hotties of the year.

It may be slightly biased, of course.

On another note, tomorrow we are going to have a preview of the teams going into the playoffs. The preview will include who we want to win, who we think will win and the players to watch in that series among other things. It should be pretty short because our ADD will kick in and we can't write/read that much.

Yes, we know that this might be obvious but if we really cared we would listen to the NBC broadcasts a little closer. The clear cut choice was the leagues Art Ross winner.

One of the many reasons.

He was one of the best parts of the boring All Star Game, winning the accuracy and his antics with his boyfriend Ovechkin didn't disappoint. We were also impressed with his goal.


We never liked Malkin until this season but now, we love him.

Steve got the Blue Jackets into the play offs and Chris decided to play like an actual NHL goaltender. And both of their teams made the play offs after never making it and not making it since the dawn of time.
